The submitted papers are subject to a rigorous peer review process for their technical and practical contributions. All the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">There are two types of submissions for review and publication. These types of papers should be written in English and submitted in PDF format.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Paper Type &#8211; Regular Papers:<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Full paper no less than 4 pages and no greater than 6 pages of conference format must be submitted for review.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Accepted papers of this type will be included the conference proceedings and will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Among the papers submitted for IEEE Xplore, the paper rejected due to the low acceptance rate recommended by the IEEE will automatically be converted into a proceeding-only paper.<\/span><\/li><li>Regular Paper Template: [<a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ele.mcu.edu.tw\/icsse2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2025\/12\/ieeeconf_letter.doc\" target=\"_blank\">Download<\/a>]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Paper Type &#8211; <\/span>Presentation-Only Position Papers:<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Conference paper 1-2 pages with conference format must be submitted for review.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Accepted papers of this type will be included&nbsp;<strong>ONLY<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>the conference proceedings<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li>One-page Presentation-only position Paper Template: [<a href=\"https:\/\/ele.mcu.edu.tw\/icsse2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2025\/12\/ICSSE2025_one_page.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download<\/a>]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Over Page Charge:<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Final paper can exceed the limit up to only 8 pages at a surcharge of USD 100 or NT 3,000 per extra page.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Registration Policy:<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">At least one author of all accepted papers should make a regular registration for the paper to be included in the final program and the conference proceedings no later than June <\/span>1, 2026<span style=\"color: #000000\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>==&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/conference.iis.sinica.edu.tw\/surl\/icsse2026\/sub\">Submit<\/a> &lt;==<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center has-background\" style=\"background-color:#cdd8e1\"><strong>Best Paper Award &amp; Best Student Paper Award Announcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">To recognize outstanding contributions presented at The International Conference on System Science and Engineering 2026 (ICSSE 2026), the conference will present the <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#FF0000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><em>Best Paper Award<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"> and the <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#FF0000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><em>Best Student Paper Award<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">. These awards aim to honor exceptional research; however, if no qualified candidates are identified, the awards may not be conferred.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><u><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">Authors wishing to participate in either the Best Paper Award or Best Student Paper Award competitions must indicate their selection during the paper submission process. Each paper may only be entered into one category.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">For the <strong><em>Best Student Paper Award<\/em><\/strong>, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#B22222\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>the student must be the first author and must also present the paper at the conference.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">Only <strong>full papers<\/strong> are eligible for award consideration. .<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><u><strong>Review and Finalist Selection:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Award Committee, which will select finalists for each category, including Best Paper and Best Student Paper.
