Paper Submission
Papers for Organized and General Sessions should describe original research results, not published elsewhere before. The submitted papers are subject to a rigorous peer review process for their technical and practical contributions. All the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
There are two types of submissions for review and publication. These types of papers should be written in English and submitted in PDF format.
Paper Type – Regular Papers:
- Full paper no less than 4 pages and no greater than 6 pages of conference format must be submitted for review.
- Accepted papers of this type will be included the conference proceedings and will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
- Among the papers submitted for IEEE Xplore, the paper rejected due to the low acceptance rate recommended by the IEEE will automatically be converted into a proceeding-only paper.

Paper Type – Presentation-Only Position Papers:
- Conference paper 1-2 pages with conference format must be submitted for review.
- Accepted papers of this type will be included ONLY in the conference proceedings

Over Page Charge:
- Final paper can exceed the limit up to only 8 pages at a surcharge of USD 100 or NT 3,000 per extra page.
Registration Policy:
- At least one author of all accepted papers should make a regular registration for the paper to be included in the final program and the conference proceedings no later than June 1, 2026.

Best Paper Award & Best Student Paper Award Announcement
To recognize outstanding contributions presented at The International Conference on System Science and Engineering 2026 (ICSSE 2026), the conference will present the Best Paper Award and the Best Student Paper Award. These awards aim to honor exceptional research; however, if no qualified candidates are identified, the awards may not be conferred.
Eligibility:
- Authors wishing to participate in either the Best Paper Award or Best Student Paper Award competitions must indicate their selection during the paper submission process. Each paper may only be entered into one category.
- For the Best Student Paper Award, the student must be the first author and must also present the paper at the conference.
- Only full papers are eligible for award consideration. .
Review and Finalist Selection:
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Award Committee, which will select finalists for each category, including Best Paper and Best Student Paper. Finalist papers will be announced on the conference website prior to the event.
- Finalist papers must be presented in person at the conference venue. Virtual/online presentations will not be accepted for award consideration
Evaluation Criteria:
- Papers will be evaluated based on originality, innovation, technical depth, overall quality, relevance to the conference themes, and the quality of the presentation at ICSSE2026.
Award Ceremony:
- Winners will be announced and awards will be presented during the ICSSE2026 banquet.
